At Vape Heist LTD, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
The cancellation deadline is 30 days from the date you or an authorized third party receives your vape order.
To exercise your right to return, please notify Vape Heist of your decision via a clear message.

We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving returned items using your original payment method, with no extra fees charged.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, please ensure that:
Items were purchased within 30 days
Products remain in original sealed packaging
Non-returnable vape items:
Unsealed e-liquids, pods, or mouthpieces due to health and hygiene rules.
Customized or personalized device modifications.
Items with broken safety seals or opened packaging.
Products inseparably mixed with other liquids after delivery.
Vape Heist reserves the right to refuse returns that fail to meet these health and hygiene requirements.

We recommend a tracked shipping service as Vape Heist is not responsible for lost returns. Proof of delivery is required for all refunds.
Gifts
If the order was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, store credit will be issued upon return inspection.
If not marked as a gift, the refund will be credited back to the original gift purchaser.
